Problem :
The existing system has a lots of functions which may lead to sudden confusions for the user in the money Transfer to other users and merchant and the merchants have to maintain 2 applications for merchant and consumer Account which is quite difficult.
Solution :
We, The Bazaar, proposed a solution that allows both consumers (normal users) and Merchant Accounts to be managed in a single Application. This enables Merchants to manage their Business Data, Incomes and Expenses, and users to make Easy Money Transfers.
Challenge :
Feature Complexity: Existing payment flows were overloaded with functions, leading to confusion during money transfers. The challenge was reducing cognitive load without compromising core capabilities.
Dual User Experience: Designing a single app for both consumers and merchants required role-based clarity while maintaining a unified experience.
Adoption Friction: Merchants transitioning from two separate apps needed a seamless mental shift with minimal learning effort.
Trust in Transactions: Ensuring transparency and confidence in financial actions was critical to reduce user anxiety and errors.
Summary :
Bazaar Pay consolidates consumer and merchant payment experiences into a single, intuitive platform.
By simplifying complex workflows and unifying account management, the solution:
Reduces confusion in money transfers,
Enables merchants to manage business data, income, and expenses efficiently,
Delivers a clear, trustworthy UPI payment experience for all users.
This project demonstrates my strength in simplifying complex financial systems, designing for multiple user roles, and delivering scalable, user-centric digital products.
