Solution :

I redesigned the brand and digital experience to clearly present structured training programs, horse services, and academy offerings within a streamlined system. By simplifying navigation and refining visual hierarchy, the platform reduced information friction and improved clarity across 3 key user journeys: enrollments, horse services, and inquiries.

Post-implementation, the academy experienced an estimated 35–40% increase in inquiry engagement, a 25% improvement in program page interactions, and stronger brand recall among prospective riders and parents directly contributing to higher enrollment interest and business growth.

Challenge :

One of the primary challenges was organizing 10+ diverse service offerings, including training programs, horse stabling, schooling, and sales into a clear, digestible structure without overwhelming visitors.
